Fort Riley Apple Days

My family came to visit in September and surprised my nephews by going to Fort Riley to check out all of the "army stuff." The boys enjoyed climbing all over the tanks and trucks, shot a machine gun & enjoyed the day seeing what our armed forces men & women do every day. I always enjoy taking pictures of the boys especially when they are having fun exploring new things.

1st Birthday | Hudson

Birthday's are always fun especially when it's a child's birthday. I had the pleasure of taking pictures at Hudson's first birthday party a couple of weeks ago. It is amazing how fast children grow up...they grow up way too fast!

This was a fun opportunity as all I had to do was take pictures throughout the party and try to capture all of the great moments for a 1st birthday party.

I thought I would end the year with one of my favorite photo shoots this year...my sister & nephews! How can you beat that?...you can't!!

Late in the summer I traveled to my hometown of Garden City, KS and told my sister to be ready for a photo shoot of her and the boys. We traveled around to places I had not been to in years and we had a blast. Looking at these now, in the dead of winter, makes me want springtime to come sooner than later too!!

I think these are the greatest boys in the world and I can't wait to see how God molds and shapes them in the years to come. Enjoy & Happy New Year everyone!!
